Refund Policy of J2U Services

To cancel your service, a 30-day advanced notice prior to your next billing cycle is required.

 

Submit your cancellation request through our online form in the client dashboard, or online at www.j2uservices.com.

 

For accounts with volume pricing, cancellations involving 50% or more of properties on service, or closing the account, require a 90-day advanced notice prior to your next billing cycle.

These requests must be submitted through the cancellation form in the client dashboard.

 

No partial credits or refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the service during the billing cycle.
